I've never been good at writing, but I'll give this a shot. After 2 years as a chem major, I dropped out of college and went to volunteer in South Dakota on a reservation. After that I spent 4 years working as the Assistant Technical Director at a local theater. After I left that job to continue my education in the medical field. Now I am working in purgatory know as retail. That pretty much describes quickly what I've been up to.

I am defined by my ability to analyze everything that goes on around me. Of course this means I have the tendency to get locked on to things so far that I may go beyond the original intention of the thing I'm analyzing in the first place. It is nice that my strength and weakness are wrapped up in a neat package.

I have a low tolerance for authority, and a deep love for the unique. I dislike rudeness, but not nearly as much as I hate condescension. There is no difference between complexity and beauty.

Music-centric is probably the best way to describe my life. If I'm not singing/dancing along to the radio at work, I'm blaring a CD in my car or searching for new songs on the internet. Geez, this thing is still stumping me. I suppose I could say I am on the tall side of average. I weigh significantly more than I look like I should. I can be interested in just about anything, but I like things that tend toward the geeky/nerdy/dorky. I have a busy life and lots of friends, but I'd still like to meet new people. Music is a big part of my life and I like to meet other people who have a love for music, art, wildlife and nature. I am active in the agricultural community and do what I can to assist those in need. I have a strong desire to learn new skills hands-on. I get bored easily if I'm around lazy people. I bought an old house when I was 22 and I spend a lot of time working on it and it's inhabitants (2 dogs, 2 cats, a ferret and a ball python) I hope to sell it and move somewhere where the weather is nicer and the people are warmer. My name is Sadie and I live in Harrisburg. I am in my second year at Shippensburg University. I love to learn about something new and I love history. While I do work in Harrisburg and am here the majority of the time, I get back to my hometown often so I can see my family and get away from the city.

I just moved down to the Harrisburg area in December from a little town called Bloomsburg. There I was involved heavily in Little League Baseball and Big Brothers/Big Sisters Club. I also like to try to Line Dance! I would like to get involved in those things again but moving down here I haven't met anyone else involved so It will probably have to wait until next year. My goal is to have a house within the next five years and I think I will be able to afford a payment soon. I am still "new" to the area. Normally I try to go to the gym for at least an hour a day during the week. I love all kinds of music...especially 80's and Trivia! I am looking on here for friends or possibly more. It would be just nice to get to know some more people! I am a pretty easy going guy and it takes a lot to get me upset/mad. I try not to let small things bother me because it really isn't worth it. Not sure what to say here, they say self critique is the most difficult of all. My friends would say I am the life of the party. I tend to be quiet at first but can be comfortable in almost any social or intimate situation. The great contradiction my best friend calls me. I am a widow, with two grown daughters, who have given me GRANDKIDS!! I have such a blast with them. My oldest is in GA. and, for a little while, my youngest, and her daughter, are with me. I am sooo enjoying the time I have with them.
